Respecting the right to privacy, PGE Nowa Energia sp.z o.o. (hereinafter: "the Administrator") processes your personal data in accordance with national and European law.The administrator ensures the security of personal data, i.e. confidentiality, availability, integrity and accountability of conducted activities. To make our processing processes transparent for you, we present the principles of personal data protection established in our organization on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th of April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: "GDPR”).

Data administrator

The administrator, i.e. the entity deciding on the purposes and means of processing personal data is PGE Nowa Energia sp.z o.o. with headquarters at ul. Mysia 2, 00-496 Warsaw. Data collection and purpose of processing

PGE Nowa Energia sp. z o.o. is part of the largest energy group in Poland - PGE. One of the company's sentences is the construction and management of an electric car charging station network. Therefore, when carrying out business tasks, personal data are processed for the following purposes and scopes:

For the duration of the contract, and after its termination - until the expiry of the time limits for claims arising therefrom, and in the case of data processing on the basis of the legitimate interest of the administrator until the objection.

2.Processing of personal data of the Administrator's contractors and suppliers:

Personal data is obtained from you in a situation where you run a business or you are a representative of a legal person. The data administrator could also obtain your data due to the fact that you are an employee/associate of the contractor or supplier of the Data Administrator.

In the event that the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the administrator (art.6 par.1 let.f GDPR), the data subject has the right to object. After submitting an objection, the Administrator will stop processing the data of the person who raised the objection for these purposes, unless he is able to show that there are valid, legally justified grounds that override the interests of that person.

 

Data recipients

In connection with the activities, PGE Nowa Energia sp.z o.o. may disclose your personal data, depending on the purpose of processing, to the following entities: entities from the PGE Group, payment operator, institutions defined by law and our subcontractors (processing entities) e.g. companies providing IT solutions, accounting and law firms.

 

Authorizations in the scope of data processing

Any person whose data is processed by the Administrator has the right to

  1. access their personal data,
  2. rectify their personal data,
  3. delete their personal data,
  4. limit the processing of their personal data,
  5. object to the processing of their personal data,
  6. transfer their personal data.

The exercise of certain rights may depend on the legal basis for the processing of your personal data.

Do you have to provide your personal data?

Providing data is necessary to conclude contracts and settle the operations carried out and to comply with the legal requirements by the Administrator. In the remaining scope, providing data is voluntary.

 

Transfer of data to third countries or international organizations

As a rule, we will not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (hereinafter: the EEA). However, having in mind the services provided by our subcontractors in the implementation of support for ICT services and IT infrastructure, the Administrator may outsource specific activities or IT tasks to recognized subcontractors operating outside the EEA, which may result in data transfer outside the EEA. Individual countries outside the EEA, on the territory of which the Customer's personal data will be processed, in accordance with the decision of the European Commission ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data in accordance with EEA standards. However, in the case of their processing on the territory of States for which the European Commission has not found an adequate level of protection of personal data (in accordance with EEA standards), in order to ensure an adequate level of this protection, the Administrator concludes contracts with recipients of personal data. The contracts referred to above are based on standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission in accordance with art. 46 section 2 let. c GDPR. A copy of the standard contractual clauses referred to above can be obtained from the Data Protection Officer. The method of data security used by the Administrator is in accordance with the principles set out in Chapter V of the GDPR. Therefore, you can request further information about the applied safeguards in this respect, obtain a copy of these safeguards and information about the place of their disclosure.

 

Automated personal data processing

Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiled in such a way that as a result of such automated processing any decisions could be made that could have legal effects or otherwise have a significant impact.

PGE Nowa Energia sp. z o.o. uses cookies to:

  •  optimize the use of websites and applications;

What cookies are used by PGE Nowa Energia sp. z o.o.

We use two types of files

  • session - cookies that allow you to remember your choices, used, among others when logging in. They remain in the end device until logging out, leaving the website and application or turning off the software (web browser);
  • permanent - stored in the terminal device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted.

Usually, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) by default allows the storage of information in the form of cookies and other similar technologies in the terminal device, i.e. the one you actually use.
